Cancellation & refunds

• Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before a session receive an automatic full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.
• If a coach cancels or declines, the customer is always fully refunded or can reschedule.
• Refunds return to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.

Safety & privacy

Children's profiles are visible only to their parent and the coaches they book. Minors cannot book or pay. Contact details are shared only after a confirmed booking. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Fees

Registration is free for coaches, parents and athletes. ONTHEPITCH earns a 10% commission from the coach on completed paid sessions. Academies may choose an optional monthly plan; subscription fees are billed separately from booking commissions.
